How do they do it?

OMG my head is killing me. My future daughter-in-law put cornrows in my head last night. UG, it took 3 hours, 15 rubber bands, 4 aspirin and lots of hollering. Can i take it out yet? How in the sam hell do girls do this shit all the time? Its been 12 hours and i am ready to rip em out!
